uTalk Cornish Games

Welcome to the uTalk Cornish Games, a way to help children learn the Cornish language!

Run by London-based education company uTalk, pupils learn by playing language games on their devices, scoring points, and competing for ranking on an online leaderboard.

Learn Cornish all year, and add in other languages to help support the school curriculum.

Who are the uTalk Cornish Games for?

The uTalk Cornish Games are designed for pupils across Cornwall to support and encourage their learning of the Cornish language.

Teachers can sign up a group and watch progress on the leaderboard, or pupils can be signed up as individuals and compete with other individuals who are also trying to learn Cornish.

Based on our award-winning uTalk Language Games, the uTalk Cornish Games are designed to entertain as well as educate and help encourage individual learners.

How do the uTalk Cornish Games work?

Entry to the uTalk Cornish Games gives you:

Cornish and one other language (your choice!) to learn on the games-based uTalk language learning app.
An online leaderboard for pupils, which keeps track of their scores and ranking.
An online dashboard for teachers, which records students' scores and achievements
